PURPOSE: 

To  lay down procedure for solution preparation & mixing.

PROCEDURE

1.Rinse the stirrer rod , Mixing tanks, Jug, Spoon & bowl to be used  with water for

injection IP

2. Take mixing tank of required capacity, install stirrer over it take specified solvent in the tank and pass specified gas through the solvent.

3. Switch on stirrer as needed. Stir  the batch for duration as specified in the master formula.

4. After completion of mixing remove stirrer and gas pipe, note down duration of mixing in the B.P.R.

          (Review date on or  before 12 months from date of authorization)
