PURPOSE: 

To lay down health & hygiene requirement of person working in factory premises.

RESPONSIBILITY :

1.Production Manager

PROCEDURE

At the time of employment & yearly afterwards medical exam. Is performed in which following points are checked.

1.         Eye Test

2.         Freedom from skin/ TB communicable disease

3.         Skin diseases. 

DURING WORKING:-

1.   Employees are directed to report illness as abnormal health condition.

2.   Employee with open lesion is not permitted in premises.

3.   All person must wear clean factory garments. 

4. Smoking, Eating, Drinking, Chewing, & Keeping plants, food. ,drink and personal medicine is not permitted in production.

5. Hair, moustache, beard, nails,  must be properly cut.

(Review date on or  before 12 months from date of authorization)
