PURPOSE:  To lay down a procedure for the maintenance in case of  batch coding machine .

RESPONSIBILITY  :

      1. Section Supervisor/Shift In-charge

      2. Maintenance Engineer

PROCEDURE:       

1. Clean the machine with I.P.A & dry cloth.
2. Put ink on the roller and moue – the machine for 2-3 minutes to spread ink on the roller.
3. By using clothes sided tape, fix the stereo on the roller.
4. Start the machine
5. Adjust the place of stereo according to required place of units.
6. The printed unit must be checked from technical staff.
7. After getting ok report start printing units.
