PURPOSE:  Main objective of making SOP is to ensure that cleaning operations have to

be carried out to avoid any contamination.

SCOPE:  This procedure applies for the entire Production Area.

                                      IV.     Packaging areas                       –           Packing supervisor.

                                      V.      Work Shop                              –           Maintenance Eng.

                                      VI.     Maintenance & Eng. Services –           Maintenance Eng.

                                      VII.  Quality control                        –           Q.C. In-Charge.

                                    VIII.    Stores-RM, PM, FG,               –           Store In-Charge.

PROCEDURE:      The interior of the building is divided in the following areas:

1. Processing Area – Production and quality control

• Store Area.

• Office & Welfare block/area.

• Service Area: Work Shop, D.G. Set room.
